Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

We accept returns for misprinted, damaged, or defective items within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us with photographic proof to initiate a return.
If your order is returned due to carrier error or an invalid address, we will offer to reship the order.
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size/color exchanges.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered for size or color changes. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to place a new order at your expense.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for damaged or defective items once the return is processed.
Refunds are not available for buyer’s remorse.

Exceptions

Customers residing in Brazil have the right to cancel their order within 7 calendar days of receiving it under the “right to regret” policy.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our average processing time is 2–4 business days. Once shipped, orders typically
arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking
info as soon as it ships!

Can I exchange for a different size?

We recommend selecting your preferred size when placing your order—each product page includes a detailed size guide to help. If you still need to exchange for a different size, we offer exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. International customers may be responsible for local duties or taxes.

Are your products made in the USA?

Some of our pieces are made in the USA, while others are produced globally. We carefully select partners who meet our standards for quality and responsible manufacturing. You can find origin details on each product page.

How do I care for my apparel?

To preserve fit and fabric, wash cold and inside out. Tumble dry low or air dry. Avoid bleach or harsh detergents. Each garment includes specific care instructions on the tag.
